Left Belfast on 7.30am Stena crossing to Cairnryan port - great sailing and good weather.
In fact weather fine until I reached 20 miles outside Gretna Green, where I met up with Eddie and we headed off to Holiday Inn outside Coventry for the night. Had a great ride down though hit heavy rain outside Birmingham and the resulting heavy spray from traffic!
Rain cleared late afternoon and we had a relaxing night at Holiday Inn and a good catch-up.
Getting rested up for some serious biking!!
GREAT MATES
SUNDAY MORNING.......
Great stay at Holiday Inn - totally relaxed and ready for the next leg of the journey - 127 miles to port.
